A service plan from Maziak provides the best care possible for your system. Our team of experienced engineers are extensively trained and up-to-date with the latest industry standards to always provide an expert service for any equipment we service. Our plans are crafted with you in mind, which is why we always offer a free of charge warranty when you undertake a service agreement with Maziak. After 5 years of trouble-free running, a new service agreement can be provided and a further 5-year warranty put in place, meaning your service costs remain consistent for the 10-year warranty period. We pride ourselves on the products we supply to our customers, and those included in our services are no different; we always use only genuine spare parts and lubricants, keeping your machinery running smoothly.

What service plans are on offer?

Regardless of the service plan you choose, you will always have access to the Maziak out-of-hours hotline and helpdesk support with a next-day response guaranteed, meaning disruption to your operation is kept to a minimum.

Choose from a Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze plan, spanning basic cover to total care. Each plan has been crafted to cover all our customers needs, whether you are a smaller business or multi national companies with fixed budgets. Our service plans are flexible, and we offer terms of agreement anywhere between 1 and 5 years, meaning you can choose the right support to suit your operation.

Bronze:

• Fixed price service labour and parts for 12 months.
• Each service is invoiced after the visit is completed at the quoted prices.
• Access to out of hours helpline and helpdesk support.

Silver:

• Fixed price labour only, invoiced at the start of the agreement period.
• Consumable parts used are invoiced after each service visit.
• Access to out of hours helpline and helpdesk support.
• FOC loan compressor for up to 1 week, up to 150cfm.
• Guaranteed next day callout response, when required.

Gold:

• All known service, labour and parts are invoiced up front in equal monthly, quarterly or annual amounts.
• FOC labour for the first visit of a call-out occurrence, during normal hours.
• FOC loan compressor for up to 2 weeks, up to 150cfm.
• Guaranteed same day call out response, when required.

Platinum:

• All known service, labour and parts are invoiced up front in equal monthly, quarterly or annual amounts.
• All 24/7 call-out labour and parts costs are included, (see T&Cs.)
• FOC loan compressor for up to 2 weeks up to 150cfm.
• Guaranteed 4 hour call out response, when required.
