Maziak are back at the PPMA Expo 2024

Maziak are proud to be part of the PPMA exhibition once more and have a spotlight placed on our capabilities within the process packaging sector. This year we will be exhibiting a couple of products on stand B82 that are best suited for optimising this sector and helping processes run as efficiently as possible.

What will be on our stand

Firstly, we have the NGPS 9 Advanced Model Nitrogen Generator. Some features that this model can boast about include:

• Extruded aluminum adsorber
• Easy installation method for connection to compressed air supply
• Economizer function to prevent wastage of air/energy

Nitrogen gas continues to play a big role in the food and beverage packaging industry due to its high purity level as it eliminates the worry of negative side effects on the items that it comes into contact with. For this reason, on-site nitrogen generators continue to be in such high demand as safety is key within this industry. As a bonus, our NGPS 9 model helps keep maintenance costs low.

Secondly, we have the TCX9 chiller and below are some features that it has to show for itself:

• Microchannel condensers to reduce refrigerant charge
• Fully hermetic scroll compressor to prevent refrigerant gas from leaking
• Elektronikon MkV touch unit to control chiller’s parameters

This chiller is optimally designed to operate within the food and beverages in more ways than one. In addition to an easy and reliable way to control its parameters, this chiller has been designed to withstand cold air and winter temperatures to maintain efficiency within packaging facilities.
